A medium bodied cabernet, crimson red in colour with a nose showing lots of mulberry, blackberry and a touch of tobacco. 

The palate shows wild berry and blackcurrant which underscores the mild tannin structure providing a smooth and lasting finish.

Region – Victoria Alcohol: 14.0% 

Perfect with peppered steak, well-marbled beef, marinades with soy sauce. 

This traditional blend of two great wines is deep ruby red in color and has aromas of fresh berries with some elegant eucalyptus.

Cabernet sauvignon, being the predominant wine, provides wonderful flavors of blackberries backed up by fine tannins, while the Merlot provides great mid-palate fleshiness all rounded out with a hint of oak. 

Region – Victoria Alcohol – 13.5% 

Ready to drink now with most red meats, meaty fish- salmon, tuna, black olives and soft tasty cheeses. 

This wine has a lovely deep red with purple hue colouring, while the nose is predominantly blackcurrant and blackberry fruits with some black pepper notes.

It is a flavorsome wine , tasty spicy oak on the front palate with blackberries on the back palate and nicely integrated tannins give a rounded structure. Enjoy now or medium term cellaring.

 Beautiful medium bodied red wine displaying ripe black cherry and sweet red berry fruit with delicate spicy characters. 

This Grand Reserve Pinot Noir is soft with silky tannins on the front palate, while subtle oak characters of cinnamon and cedar on the back palate add complexity to the wine.

Light enough to serve on its own or with spiced Asian and eastern Mediterranean dishes, sweet-salty marinades, most cheeses or aperitifs and entrees.

   The King of Reds. A big structured, dark-fruited wine, the best of which become even more elegant with age. 

Splendour Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has rich deep colours of red and purple, this vibrant wine has dark berry fruit aromas with a hint of mint reminiscent of the Langhorne Creek region.

Definitely Australia’s most popular wine. This powerful Shiraz is a beautiful black/red colour with deep garnet rim. 

The nose comprises an intense mix of black cherry, currant and a hint of dusted chocolate. The palate provides a complex array of fully-ripe black fruit with hints of white pepper and anise. 

Beautifully managed oak is complemented by a well balanced tannin and acid structure.
