Evidence of settlement history can be found in the early Middle Ages, when the place was a ducal palace under the name Frisinga in the first Bavarian tribal duchy (from 555 AD).
Freising is the only known city founded by the Bavarian Agilolfinger and thus the oldest city in Upper Bavaria.
Huber Weisses Original is a classic Bavarian wheat beer brewed with a high wheat content to give a mild, soft flavour and silky mouthfeel.
The flavours of banana and clove mingle with a gentle sweetness from the malt. At 5.4% ABV, Huber Weisses Original is full-bodied yet refreshing.

Deshalb sind wir Mitgliedsbrauerei von Slow Brewing. Nowadays, time is the most important ingredient for brewing attractive beers of the highest quality from water, malt, hops and yeast.
That is why we are a Slow Brewing member brewery. The institute awards the strictest quality seal internationally for the best beer quality with character. Only breweries that act fairly and consciously in all areas of their value chain are certified. Uniform taste doesn't stand a chance.
We love and protect what is genuine and act consciously in the interests of the environment and the region, but also consciously in the interests of future generations and fair cooperation with employees and everyone involved in the production process.
We only use the purest ingredients from the region: hops from the Hallertau, Bavarian malt and yeast from our own pure breeding. We draw our brewing water from our own 116 meter deep well on the brewery premises.
In addition to all this, it is above all the slow, gentle brewing method and a long maturing period in the storage cellar that make a significant contribution to the particularly round and mature taste of our brewed specialties. Just "slow brewing".
